In the leafy suburbs of Surrey, we became involved in the conversion of an old post office into a restaurant. Named 'The Post' and run by TV chef Tony Tobin, plans divided the stylish new eaterie into a deli, brassiere and fine dining area. To tailor the lighting for each zone, we used a Lutron system, which allowed the mood to be changed according to the time of year or even time of day.
